SLX-A Shore Hardness Tester Test Rack Introduction

SUNDOO Instruments SLX-A Shore Hardness Tester test stand is a special hardness test bench that can be used with A-type or C-type Shore Hardness Testers, which can improve the accuracy and stability of hardness testing. The upper end of the SLX-A Shore Hardness Tester test frame is equipped with a corresponding Dinghe Farman for the Hardness Tester, which is used to test the hardness value of rubber or microporous materials.

Precautions

1. There should be no vibration on the test bench of the SLX-A Shore Hardness Tester, and the Hardness Tester is pressed against the sample at a maximum speed of 3.2mm/s.

2. The adjustment of the requirements for the test sample should be carried out according to the corresponding standard of the sample.

3. GB/T531.1-2008 stipulates that the total mass of the weight of the spring test force and the Shore Hardness Tester is about 1kg for type A.
