Use and performance
The maximum working temperature of the Drying Oven is 300°C, which is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. The product structure is precise, the temperature control is sensitive and accurate, and the operation is simple and convenient. It can be used in industries, laboratories or scientific research units.
The working temperature of the Drying Oven can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature, and the working temperature can be set arbitrarily within this range. After setting, the temperature control system can automatically maintain the temperature, and the working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote air mechanical circulation.
Structure description
The outer shell of the drying box is made of thin steel plate. There is a working room made of stainless steel or galvanized iron plate for placing the test sample in the box. There is a sample shelf in the working room, and the test sample can be placed on it for drying. It is large, and the shelf can be removed. There is a considerable thickness of rock wool between the studio and enclosure. The door of the box is a double-layer tempered glass door. You can observe the situation in the studio without opening the door.
The temperature of this product is automatically adjusted by an intelligent temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the working room and is sensitive. All electrical equipment such as controllers and electric heaters are operated on the panel, and the control room has a side door that can be removed for inspection or repair of circuits.
Precautions:
①This box is non-explosion-proof, so do not put flammable and volatile items into the drying box to avoid explosion.
②The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M2. Do not place the sample too densely or overload it. At the same time, do not place the sample and other things on the cooling plate to avoid affecting the hot air convection.
③ When using this box, the power supply Voltage must match the rated working Voltage of this box, otherwise it will cause damage to the electronic equipment inside the box.
④ Do not disassemble or disassemble the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical circuit in the box.
⑤ If the box breaks down, it should be repaired by an electrician familiar with electronic instruments.
