This instrument refers to the principle of the American Handle-O-Meter instrument and is designed according to the relevant provisions of the national standard GB8942 "Measurement of Paper Softness" . It is mainly used to measure the softness of sheet-like soft materials such as medium and high-grade toilet paper, tobacco sheets, and fiber fabrics.
