Introduction

MODERNER Wet Film Applicator is professionally designed and made of stainless steel. MODERNER SZQ (ISO Bird Type) Wet Film Applicator is a stainless steel preparer that complies with ISO standards. The prepared wet film thickness is determined by the groove depth of the Wet Film Applicator. Different models correspond to different groove depths, and the prepared wet film thickness is also different. SZQ-75 (ISO bird type) Wet Film Applicator can scrape the coating film thickness of 75μm. The Wet Film Applicator has the advantages of corrosion resistance, durability and authenticity guarantee.

operation method

(1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it so that it cannot move when the paint preparer slides over it.

(2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of paint preparer and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

(3) Pour about 5ml of paint sample on the front of the paint preparer, press both ends with fingers, slide at a constant speed of 150mm/s, and finally coat it into a wet film of required thickness.

(4) After use, the paint preparer should be cleaned and dried with solvent, and the surface can be coated with oil or petroleum jelly. (Note that the wet Film Applicator should be kept dry when not in use.)
