Steps

Cut the reflective film of 150mm*25mm, tear off the 100mm long release paper from one end, stick it on the aluminum alloy plate with a thickness of 2.5mm, a length of 200mm and a width of 50mm according to the manufacturer's instructions, and support the test sample of adhesion performance. Place the sample under standard test conditions for 24 hours, then hang the sample horizontally, with the reflective film facing down, and hang a standard weight on the free end of the reflective film, making it hang down at an angle with the sample, and then use a stopwatch to measure the steel hammer hanging Record the measurement time data and measure the peeling degree L of the reflective film after 5 minutes. The adhesion of the reflective film is judged according to the standard.
