ZTT-920A reflective film bending resistance Tester is designed and produced by Beijing Tiandi Xinghuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. for production, quality supervision, engineering construction and supervision units to test the bending resistance of reflective film. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple operation, wide applicability, safe measurement and good reliability. The equipment complies with the determination requirements of my country's national standard GB/T18833-2012 "Reflective Film for Highway Traffic Signs" and JT/T762-2009 "Bending Resistance Tester for Reflective Film".

Steps:

Cut a 230mm×70mm reflective film sample, and within 1 second, turn the sample release paper inwards, and bend it in half along the length direction around a round rod with a diameter of 3.20mm±0.05mm. If necessary, sprinkle an appropriate amount of talcum powder on the surface of the sample adhesive for testing. The specimen is then released and its surface inspected for changes.
