Features
Two thickness measurement methods, magnetic and eddy current, are adopted, which can measure the thickness of the non-magnetic covering layer on the magnetic metal substrate and the thickness of the non-conductive covering layer on the non-magnetic metal substrate.
Seven available probes: F1.5, N1.5, F1.5R, FN1.5, F3.5, FN3.5, F10
Automatic recognition of probe: automatically identify iron-based (F), non-ferrous-based (N), dual-purpose type (FN)
Automatically identify the base material: The dual-purpose (FN) probe can automatically identify the base material and perform measurements in the automatic mode;
Multiple calibration methods: zero-point calibration and up to 5-point calibration;
Two measurement methods: single measurement method (SINGLE) and continuous measurement method (CONTINUE);
Two Operating Modes: direct mode (DIRECT) and batch mode (APPL);
Five statistics: average value (MEAN), maximum value (MAX), minimum value (MIN), number of measurements (Times), standard deviation (S.DEV);
Limits can be set: automatic alarm for measured values ââoutside the limits;
Storage: 10,000 measurement values ââcan be stored, with a total of 100 batch groups available;
Data deletion function: You can delete a single suspicious data that appears in the measurement, or delete all data in the storage area to facilitate new measurements;
Data review function: The data in each batch after measurement can be reviewed;
Adjustable screen brightness: The screen brightness is adjustable in 5 levels;
