Instrument Introduction

The electric pencil hardness testing machine is specially used for spraying hardness tests of various finished products, such as: mobile phone shells, MP3/MP4 shells, notebook computer shells and other home appliance digital product shell spraying hardness tests. The machine is controlled by electric (semi-automatic), and the machine moves through a stepping motor to achieve forward and backward movement, with low noise and stability! The test schedule can be adjusted according to specific requirements!

Principle

The instrument is mainly composed of a pencil stand and a test stand. The pencil stand and the column are composed of a four-link structure, which ensures that the weight of the weight acts vertically on the intersection of the pencil lead and the test stand, and makes the pencil and the test stand form a 45° clip. angle and remain unchanged. The test bench can move horizontally and vertically. Use it to fix the paint sample and slide the sample toward the direction of the scratch, and the pencil will draw the corresponding track on the test piece. Use different pencils to draw different marks, based on which the hardness value of the coating film can be determined.

Test instruction

Scratch the surface of the coating film with a hardness pencil to test the surface hardness of the coating film layer. The hardness pencil is fixed at an angle of 45°, so that the tip of the tip is in contact with the surface of the coating film layer, and an appropriate load is applied at a certain speed (JIS specification 0.5mm/s ) Move the test platform to move the surface of the coating layer past the core, and the grade of the soft pencil that will not cause damage (scratch) to the coating layer can be regarded as the hardness of the coating layer.
