Introduction to the MC-3001 Coating Thickness Gauge
The MC-3001 Universal Split Coating Thickness Gauge is a full-scale, multi-functional Split Coating Thickness Gauge upgraded on the basis of the MC-3000B/S series. It can be configured with all the split probes of the electrical instrument, and one host can use both magnetic probes and non-magnetic probes, and can also choose various customized probes such as internal anti-corrosion probes. The user can choose one or more probes for any matching according to their needs, and the corresponding measurement range and measurement material are also different according to the model of the probe.

●Two thickness measurement methods, magnetic and eddy current, can non-destructively measure the thickness of the non-magnetic cladding (such as zinc, aluminum, chromium, copper, rubber, paint, etc.) on the magnetic metal matrix (such as steel, iron, alloy and hard magnetic steel, etc.) and the thickness of the non-conductive cladding (such as rubber, paint, plastic, anodized film, etc.) on the non-magnetic metal matrix (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.).
