Introduction to MC3000F/N dual-purpose coating Thickness Gauge
The MC-3000 Iron/Non-Iron-Based Coating Thickness Gauge with N\F probes cleverly combines an eddy current Thickness Gauge with a coating Thickness Gauge. Depending on the needs of the site, users can choose from a ferromagnetic Thickness Gauge or eddy current Thickness Gauge to measure the coating thickness on magnetic or non-magnetic metals. This greatly increases the range of applications of the instrument. This type of coating Thickness Gauge can not only conveniently and non-destructively measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on ferromagnetic materials, such as zinc, copper, chromium and other coatings on the surface of steel or the thickness of paint, enamel, fiberglass, spraying, asphalt and other coatings. It can also conveniently and non-destructively measure the thickness of non-conductive overlays on non-magnetic metal substrates, such as paints, rubbers, plastics, oxide films, etc. on metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc. The instrument is widely used in machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, electroplating, plastic spraying, enamel, plastic and other industries. This model coating Thickness Gauge adopts a unique automatic deviation tracking technology to make the measured value more accurate, the probe is processed according to German process standards, and the use of new alloy materials greatly improves the service life and accuracy of the probe.
