CHINA ASR-4327 Leakage and marking Tester

Introduction

The tracking Tester adopts rectangular platinum electrodes, and the forces exerted by the two electrodes on the sample are 1.0N±0.05N respectively. The applied Voltage is adjustable between 100-600V (48-60Hz). When the short-circuit current is 1.0±0.1A, the Voltage drop should not exceed 10%. When the short-circuit leakage current is equal to or greater than 0.5A in the test circuit, the time is maintained After 2 seconds, the relay acts to cut off the current, indicating that the test piece is unqualified. The time constant of the dripping device is adjustable, precisely controlling the dripping volume of 44-50 drops/cm3 and the dripping time interval of 30±5 seconds.

The tracking Tester complies with GB/T4207 test standard.
