Introduction to component functions
1) PP fiber filter
Its function is to filter out impurities such as fine particles, suspended solids, and colloids in the source water to prevent the reverse osmosis membrane from being polluted. The filter is equipped with a PP filter element, which needs to be cleaned and replaced regularly to ensure the quality and quantity of filtered water.
2) AC activated carbon filter
The activated carbon column filter uses columnar activated carbon columns to absorb organic matter and free chlorine in the water, purify the water quality, and ensure that the ion exchange resin is not damaged by oxidants. It needs to be cleaned and replaced regularly to ensure the quality and quantity of filtered water.
3) Booster pump
Provide the required inlet water pressure and flow rate for the reverse osmosis system.
4) RO membrane module
Reverse osmosis treatment can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, metals, salts, pesticides and various carcinogens in the water, and reduce the ion content in the water. It can save a lot of energy and reduce the operating cost of the system.
ââMembrane desalination rate>99% Bacteria removal rate>99.5%
ââHas good removal effect on organic matter, with molecular weight cut-off below 300
ââNo chemicals or acid-base regeneration treatment, no pollution
ââThe system has simple design, easy operation, stable product water quality, and small floor space.
ââThe workload of operation, maintenance and equipment repair is very small, and the operating cost is low
5) Water tank
Store reverse osmosis produced water to alleviate the contradiction in demand for pure water during peak periods.
6) Purification column
The purification column is equipped with anion and cation exchange resin. Its exchange principle is the same as the above-mentioned ion exchange processing unit. The difference is that this device does not require on-site regeneration. It is a replacement type, has a small footprint, is environmentally friendly, has stable water quality, and is simpler and more convenient to operate.
7) UV sterilization device
Use ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 254nm to remove bacteria in the water and protect the rear-stage reverse osmosis membrane from bacterial contamination.
