WST-01 Sealing Tester negative pressure method, manual type, no need to power on

Introduction

WST-01 tightness Tester adopts the principle of negative pressure test, which is suitable for the sealing test of flexible packaging parts in food, daily chemical, electronic and other industries. Through the test, the sealing process and sealing performance of flexible packaging can be effectively compared and evaluated, and the relevant technical indicators can be determined to provide a scientific basis. It can also be used to test the sealing performance of specimens after drop and pressure test.

Test principle

Compressed air is used as the power source, and the vacuum chamber is generated by a vacuum generator. The specimen is placed in the vacuum chamber and immersed in the water surface, and the vacuum tank is vacuumed to produce the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the specimen immersed in the water, and the sealing performance of the specimen can be judged by observing the expansion of the specimen or the gas overflow (bubble) in the specimen.
