Introduction

TQC 100-grid knife (also known as scribing adhesion instrument), SP1660,SP1661、SP1662、SP1663、SP1664 five models,It is a tool that measures the adhesion of the dry coating on the surface by making a series of coating cuts. Draw two series of parallel lines, perpendicular to each other, to obtain 25 or 100 squares of similar shape and size. In the area to be marked, the area is brushed with a stiff brush or tape is applied to it and then peeled off, and the coating is observed after treatment, and the evaluation is made according to the standard.

There is only one 100 grid knife in this TQC 100 grid knife, and the outer packaging box is a white transparent plastic shell, not a set.

3mm intervals for all substrates with coating thicknesses between 121 and 250 microns
