1. Overview

ZB-BK10A paper smoothness Tester is a special instrument for measuring paper smoothness. It is designed according to the working principle of the internationally accepted Buick smoother.

In the mechanical design, the instrument cancels the manual pressure structure of the traditional lever weighted hammer, adopts cam and spring, and uses synchronous motor to automatically rotate and load the standard pressure. Dramatically reduce the size and weight of the instrument. The instrument adopts a 7.0-inch large-screen color touch LCD screen display, with Chinese and English menus. The interface is beautiful and friendly, easy to operate, and can be operated with one key during testing. A new "automatic" test has been added to the instrument, which can greatly save time when testing high smoothness. At the same time, the instrument has the function of testing and calculating the difference between the two sides. The instrument adopts a series of professional components such as high-precision sensors and original imported oil-free Vacuum Pumps. 3. Two-sided difference test: By selecting the two-sided difference test mode, the two-sided difference of the same batch of samples can be tested and calculated.

4. Fast measurement: "automatic transmission" or small volume cavity measurement can be selected, under the "automatic transmission" test, the measurement time will not exceed 200s, and the measurement time of small volume is only one-tenth of the large volume, so as to achieve fast measurement.

5. High degree of automation: the instrument design selects professional devices at home and abroad, and the single-chip microcomputer is used for information sensing, data processing, action control and data memory.

6. Data communication: Through the purchase of the company's supporting host computer software, the instrument can be connected to the computer through the USB cable for communication.
