Overview

ZB-KY series carton compressive testing machine is a special large-scale test equipment for compressive strength test and stacking strength test of corrugated boxes and similar packaging containers.

The testing machine is a mechatronics structure, which is mainly composed of two parts: the force application system and the measurement and control system.

The force application system is composed of AC servo motor system, mechanical deceleration system, high-precision screw drive system and force pressing plate.

The measurement and control system adopts high-precision sensors and mainstream ARM chips, which has powerful data processing functions, automatic tracking of the test process, automatic recording of test results, real-time display of test data and curves, and can communicate with the computer.

The testing machine adopts color touch wide screen as the man-machine operation interface, menu-type interface, beautiful and generous, full touch operation, and quick response.

The product performance is stable and reliable, the measurement accuracy is high, the test function is powerful, and the operation is simple and fast.

Characteristics:

1. Strength test: The instrument can test the maximum pressure resistance of cartons and other boxes

2. Quantitative test: The instrument can preset data according to the requirements to detect whether the box meets the preset compression resistance or deformation requirements

3. Stacking test: According to the requirements of national standards, stacking tests under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours can be carried out

4. Precision mechanical design: The instrument adopts precision lead screws to ensure the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates during the test process and the stability of the high-speed transmission of the instrument

5. Servo motor control: The instrument is controlled by servo motor, so that the instrument positioning is accurate, the speed response is fast, the compression speed is 10mm/min, and the return speed can reach 100mm/min, which saves the test time, improves the test efficiency, and provides a reliable hardware guarantee for the accuracy of the stacking test and the cyclic pressure test

6. Sensor: The instrument adopts high-precision pressure sensor and unique sampling algorithm software, which greatly improves the measurement accuracy of the instrument

7. Specification testing: non-standard design and processing can be carried out according to the size required by the user

8. Man-machine integration design: The instrument adopts modern mechatronics design and large LCD display

9. Data communication: The instrument is equipped with a standard serial RS232 interface, which can provide data communication for the upper computer integrated reporting system
