One、Operating Principle

4.1 Ring pressure is used for corrugated core paper and kraft paper with a thickness of less than 1mm. The specimen 152X12.7mm is placed in a ring-shaped container, and the compressive strength in the upright direction is tested by this machine.

4.2 The side pressure is used for corrugated paper with a thickness of less than 8mm, and the sample 100X25mm is placed under the 100X100mm pressure plate and fixed with two guide blocks, and the vertical compressive strength in the upright direction is tested by this machine.

4.3 It can be used with various accessories, and can test the gluing strength and flat compression strength of cardboard.

4.4 LONGITUDINAL COMPRESSIVE RESISTANCE OF PAPER ANGLE PROTECTION: TAKE 5 SAMPLES WITH 300MM LENGTH, PLACE THE SAMPLES VERTICALLY IN THE CENTER OF THE TWO PLATES OF THE COMPRESSION TESTING MACHINE, COMPRESS THE SAMPLES AT A RATE OF 100MM/M±2MM/MIN UNTIL CRUSHED, AND RECORD THE MAXIMUM COMPRESSIVE RESISTANCE DURING CRUSHING. Take the average of the five plate samples.
