CHENCHI KY-2 Compressive Tester

Purpose and scope of application:  

This machine adopts microcomputer control, high precision, is the most direct test instrument to detect the compressive strength of cartons or other packaging containers, and is used to determine the bearing capacity and superposition height of cartons.

Peculiarity:

1. The testing machine adopts a double-screw vertical structure, and the whole machine is designed as a floor-mounted type, and its measurement and control part is divided into two bodies with the main engine, which has a beautiful structure and generous.

2. The transmission system adopts permanent magnet DC motor and simplified and practical transmission mechanism. (Motor: Made in Taiwan, CHINA). 

3. The test speed adopts closed-loop control, which is convenient and stable.

4. The measurement and measurement control system adopts digital circuit technology with a single-chip microcomputer as the central processing unit.  

5. The test data is displayed by the display window, and the test report is printed by the printer, the whole machine has a simple structure, complete functions, and is particularly convenient for operation and maintenance.
