Test principle
Canadian standard freeness refers to the water filtering performance of 1000mL of slurry aqueous suspension with a content of (0.3±0.0005)% and a temperature of 20℃ measured using a Canadian freeness meter under specified conditions, and flows out through the side tube of the instrument. The volume of water (mL) represents the CSF value. The instrument is made entirely of stainless steel. long lasting.
Instrument structure
The freeness meter consists of a water filter chamber and a proportional flow measurement funnel, which are installed on a fixed bracket. The water filter chamber is made of stainless steel. The bottom of the cylinder is a porous stainless steel screen plate and an airtight sealed bottom cover. It is connected to one side of the circular tube with a loose leaf and tightly buckled to the other side. The top cover is sealed. , open the bottom cover, and the pulp flows out.
The cylinder and filter cone are each supported by two machined open bracket flanges on the stand.
