1. Product introduction

JW500-3 paper pattern reader (fast Kaiser method copyer) is an experimental equipment integrating copying and vacuum drying, which is suitable for research and experiments in papermaking research institutes and paper mills. It copies the pulp into a φ200 paper pattern, and then the paper sample is dried on the dryer and then the physical strength of the paper pattern is tested, the performance of pulp raw materials and the pulping process specification are identified, and the washing and concentration experiment of pulp can be completed at the same time, and its technical indicators meet the requirements of QB/T3703-1999 (preparation of pulp laboratory paper + conventional paper former method).

Copying and vacuum drying in one; white water cycle; electric sizing; Compressed air homogenization, manual homogenization, electric valve discharge; The Vacuum Pump assists in pumping and molding, and can also copy ultra-thick paper patterns; Spraying washing device, the table top material is stainless steel (304L), the drying body is equipped with an elastic suction flattening device, and the drying thickness of the paper sample can reach 10mm

 The three-stage centrifugal special Vacuum Pump is adopted, which uses the venturi principle and centrifugal vacuum technology to produce high negative pressure, small size, compact structure and large pumping capacity; The vacuum degree is high, and no maintenance is required during use. It can work in harsh environments. Three drying interfaces: 1. Mirror panel drying. 2. Glue panel drying. 3. Dry glycerol capsules.
