Introduction:

JW500-02 semi-automatic superfilmmaker is an experimental equipment for making pulp into shapes. In the laboratory, various fibers such as plants and minerals are cooked, pulped and screened, and the pulp is dissolved according to the standard, and then put into the copying cylinder, stirred and quickly shaped by extraction, and then pressed on the machine to form a round paper page with a diameter of 200mm, which can be used as a paper pattern for further physical testing.

1. Fully automatic noiseless reader, small size, easy to operate and move, especially to overcome the noise and environmental pollution brought by the air press used in traditional bubble homogenizing to the laboratory, so that the reader works, silent, good continuity, and high papermaking accuracy;

2. The diameter of this machine is Φ200, and the stainless steel circulating Water Tank is stainless steel;

3. Two different types of automatic water supply can be selected arbitrarily;

4. White water cycle;

5. Solenoid valve automatically discharges water;

6. The miniature pump is self-priming;

7. Equipped with vacuum papermaking function.
