I. Overview  

This instrument can be widely used in the whiteness measurement of textile printing and dyeing, paint coating, chemical building materials, paper and cardboard, plastic products, white cement, ceramics, enamel, china clay, talcum powder, starch, flour, salt, detergent, cosmetics and so on. The opacity of paper can be calculated by measuring.

1. Measure the blue light 457nm diffuse reflection factor (r457) of the sample, which is called "blue light whiteness r457"

2. Determine whether the sample contains fluorescent whitening agent (select model WSB-3), and measure the fluorescent whiteness value produced by fluorescent emission, which is called "fluorescent whitening degree F" or "whitening degree F".

Microcomputer Whiteness Meter consists of light source, optical system, detection system, computer data processing and display system, etc. The overall whiteness of the material is R457

Define the whiteness of a desirable surface with a spectral diffuse reflectance of 1 as 100, and an absolute black surface with a spectral diffuse reflectance of zero as 0.

This instrument is designed in full accordance with the standard light source and lighting conditions stipulated by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE). It has passed strict testing and debugging, and is implemented in the enterprise standard Q/TDKY02-2004. It is applicable to GB2913, GB5950, GB8940.1, and GB12097 , GB13025.2 and other national standards.
