Introduction

RH-3000 computerized compression Tester is suitable for paper and cardboard ring compressive strength, corrugated cardboard edge compressive strength, corrugated cardboard adhesion (peeling) strength, corrugated cardboard flat compressive strength, corrugated base paper flat compressive strength, compressive strength of other material products and other tests, is the basic instrument for cardboard compressive strength performance testing, in line with GB/T2679.8, GB/T6546, GB/T6548, GB/T2679.6, ISO3037 and other standards, is papermaking, packaging, commodity inspection, Satisfactory testing equipment for scientific research and other departments.

The instrument is equipped with corresponding auxiliary devices to perform the following tests:

- Equipped with a special sampler for ring pressure and a center plate for ring pressure test center to carry out cardboard ring compressive strength test (RCT);

- Equipped with edge pressure (bonding) test sampler and auxiliary guide block to carry out corrugated cardboard edge pressure strength test (ECT);

- Equipped with a peel strength test rack for corrugated cardboard adhesion (peel) strength test (PAT);

- Equipped with a flat pressure specimen sampler to carry out the flat compressive strength test (FCT) of corrugated cardboard;

- Equipped with a groove meter and auxiliary equipment to perform laboratory groove tests (CCT and CMT).
