Introduction

RH-2000 Emulsion Hose Packaging Pressure Tester is a special instrument for hose packaging pressure test. It is widely used in various cosmetic hoses, hoses, shoe polish hoses, food hoses, daily chemical hoses and other pressure resistance and standard tests, and is a new type of instrument researched and developed by our company. It has various functions such as parameter testing, conversion, adjustment, and display. Working mode

1. Compressive strength test:

It is used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of hose packs. The specimen is placed on the lower pressure plate, and after the test starts, the lower pressure plate moves upwards and the sample is compressed. The maximum pressure exerted in the event of a pack rupture (milk spillage). The machine automatically records the peak downforce and the compressive deformation of the specimen.

2. Compliance test:

A certain amount of pressure and deformation is set to perform the withstand Voltage test. During the test, when the set pressure or deformation is reached, the withstand pressure test is stopped. This test is used to determine whether a specimen is subjected to a certain amount of pressure or deformation.

Features

1. Using high-precision load cell, the accuracy is controlled at <0.5% when leaving the factory, which is better than the ±1% of ISO standard.

2. Precision ball screw drive, aluminum alloy panel, good stainless steel upper and lower pressure plates and reasonable design to ensure that the instrument is durable.

3. Touch screen Chinese display, friendly man-machine interface operation. The pressure can be set to pressurize the sample, and when the pressure reaches the set time or deformation, the instrument will automatically stop to complete the test automatically. It has the function of statistical processing of test data, and the output of micro printer.

4. The use of high-performance stepper motor, American chip control, to ensure that the instrument transmission is accurate, fast and effective during testing.

5. The calibration procedure is specially set up inside the instrument, which is convenient for the measurement and calibration department (third party) to calibrate the instrument. During calibration, enter the calibration test program and place the standard sensor between the upper and lower pressure plates, and the indication error can be easily calibrated.

6. The unit selection is diverse, and the user can switch between the units N, lbf, and kg according to their needs.
