Test Methods

1. Fold the free end of the sample 180 degrees in half, and peel it off from the test plate, the adhesive surface is 25mm. Clamp the free end of the sample and the test plate on the upper and lower clamps. The peeling surface should be consistent with the force line of the test machine. The testing machine peels continuously at a peeling speed of 300mm/min±10mm, and an automatic Recorder draws the peeling curve (GB/T2792-1998 adhesive tape peeling force test standard).

2. Test result: calculated according to the distance between 20-80mm after stripping.

3. Within the peeled duty range, read a number every 20mm, at least 4 numbers must be read. Find its average.

4. Printed report with A4 paper size, with various curve analysis.

5. Can distinguish the maximum value, minimum value and average value in a sample.

6. After the test is completed, it can calculate the results of different intervals and take point analysis.
