Introduction

This machine is suitable for testing the transverse compressive strength of paper tubes, bobbins, tape tubes, paper cans, and synthetic paper cans within 200mm outer diameter, and is also known as paper tube pressure testing machine, paper tube compression testing machine, which is the basic instrument for testing the compressive performance of paper tubes. This machine is designed with high-precision sensor and high-speed processing chip to ensure sampling accuracy.

The instrument is a mechatronics structure, which is carefully and reasonably designed by modern mechanical design and microcomputer processing technology. The instrument adopts the upper pressure plate fixed type, and the measurement accuracy is high. This instrument has the functions of testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, and statistical printing of various parameters. With data processing function, the statistical results of each data can be directly obtained, and it can be automatically reset. It is easy to operate, easy to adjust, and stable in performance.
