Introduction
Microcomputer Sponge Resilience Tester is a cost-effective instrument designed for professional testing of soft materials such as sponges, foams, and rubbers. Mainly drop the steel ball freely on the soft foam plastic or other elastic material samples. The instrument for measuring the rebound height is mainly used to measure the rebound performance (rebound coefficient) in the test items of polyurethane elastic materials.

Principle
Materials such as sponges, foams, rubber, etc. should be stored for at least 72 hours after they have been molded before testing. Before the test, the sample should be conditioned for at least 16 hours in an environment with a temperature of 23±2°C and a Relative Humidity of 45%-50%, and then test in the above-mentioned environment.
