Introduction

Dongru DR87S Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a high-precision portable Thickness Gauge that uses ultrasonic measurement principles, high-speed processors, and highly integrated chip designs to achieve portable, non-destructive, fast, and accurate measurement of the thickness and sound velocity of various materials. Any material that can penetrate an object at a constant velocity and produce reflected waves can be used. It is suitable for the high-precision thickness measurement requirements of various materials, and can be applied to the thickness measurement of various metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc.) quartz, glass, plastic and other materials. After the couplant is coated on the surface of the object to be measured, only the probe needs to be placed on the contact surface on one side of the object to be measured, and the thickness of the object to be measured can be quickly and accurately measured. The DR87S ultrasonic Thickness Gauge has two measurement modes: standard measurement and penetration coating measurement. The unique penetration mode can directly measure the thickness of the substrate without grinding the painted surface.
