Introduction
High-resolution CCD detection system, automatic measurement to avoid human error, fast test speed, good repeatability, large temperature control range. Color LCD touch screen, friendly man-machine interface, intuitive and easy to understand readings. Large-capacity storage system where measurement data can be saved, transferred, printed and traced. The measuring prism is corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and durable. The measuring liquid level is small, saving samples, only 0.5 ml is required for sampling, non-destructive measurement, and the sample can be recovered. The instrument measures continuously and the structure has no mechanical moving parts. LED light source is used, and the service life can reach more than 100,000 hours.
It complies with the relevant requirements of the National Pharmacopoeia, GMP, GLP and FDA/Chapter 21 CFR11, including user hierarchical management (level 4), electronic signature, password management, audit trail, network transmission, data management and other functions. User test data can be saved really, completely and accurately, and can be queried, printed, exported, uploaded and counted. Built-in 10 industry standard parameters, namely refractive index of spices, refractive index of vegetable oil, F42 fructose syrup, F55 fructose syrup concentration, glucose concentration, sucrose concentration, solid content (fruit juice and vegetables, canned products, soft drinks), honey moisture content, nD20 and user-defined formulas and tables.
It conforms to the national standards GB/T 12143-2008 (beverages), GB/T 18963-2012 (apple juice), GB/T 21730-2008 (orange juice), GB/T 10786-2006 (canned food), GB/T 14454.4-2008 (flavors and fragrances), GB/T 5527-2010 (animal and vegetable oils and fats), GB/T 6488-2008 (liquid chemical products), GB/T 614-2006 (chemical reagents) and other refractive index test requirements.
