          Product description

          RDS5# squeegee is a 3/diameter formed coating rod, the coating film thickness is 11.4 microns, and the rod diameter is 9.5 μm. There are many applications in other industries, mainly used for proofing and color comparison. RDS in the United States has two coating processes: wire-wound and extrusion. The precision of the coating film is 0.1 μm, and it is made of high-grade wear-resistant stainless steel.

          The main difference between the Mayer-Rod and the molding rod is the different process of groove formation. The difference is because the groove shapes of the two are different (the molding is U-shaped groove, and the winding wire is V-shaped groove). The calculation of the Spreader amount is different, and the relative molded Spreader amount will be more. There is no difference for laboratory use.
