          Product description

          RDS coating rod No. 6 is a very popular rds wire rod. The thickness of the coating film is 13.7 μm. It is often used for thin film coating or proofing color comparison. The formed rds scraper is made of high-grade wear-resistant stainless steel 304, and the extrusion process does not require wire winding, which is easy to clean and has good wear resistance. The rod diameter of RDS 6# 3/8" is 9.52mm, the Total length of the scraping rod is 40cm, and the effective coating width is 30cm.

          The main difference between the Mayer-Rod and the molding rod is the different process of groove formation. The difference is because the groove shapes of the two are different (the molding is U-shaped groove, and the winding wire is V-shaped groove).
