          RDS 23# 3/8" extruded wire rod Film Applicator has a film thickness of 52.6 microns, a rod diameter of 9.5mm, and a film width of 300mm. It is suitable for experimental film coating in ink, printing, packaging, paper and other fields .The Total length of the RDS wire rod Film Applicator is 400mm, which can be used for supporting the experimental film coating machine, and each end of the rod has a 50mm hand-holding part, which does not need a matching handle. The good stainless steel material of 304 makes it have a higher abrasion resistance.

The difference is because the groove shapes of the two are different (the molding is U-shaped groove, and the winding wire is V-shaped groove).
