ULUPURE UPT-II-100L Floor Type Ultra Pure Water Machine

Introduction

UPT floor-standing Ultrapure Water System is based on the city tap water that meets the drinking water standard (GB5749-2006) as the raw water, and can be prepared for all kinds of pure water and ultrapure water suitable for all kinds of laboratories after the machine's multi-channel purification process;

System features

 1. On-line monitoring of effluent water quality, digital display of LED LCD panel, accurate and intuitive;

 2. The pressure Water Tank is designed, and the pipes and joints are made of polyethylene (PE) and polyoxymethylene (POM) inert materials;

 3. One machine for two purposes, can produce RO pure water and UP ultrapure water, and the maximum water intake flow rate can reach 1.8 liters/min when the constant pressure pure Water Tank is full;

 4. Fully automatic water production and storage, automatic shutdown of the Water Tank when the Water Tank is full, and automatic operation when the water pressure drops;

 5. The system is equipped with the function of automatic flushing of RO membrane, which effectively prolongs the service life of reverse osmosis membrane.

Ordering instructions

 1. The water production of this product refers to the customized amount of RO membrane water at the water temperature of 25 °C, the water production of RO membrane decreases by about 3% for every 1 °C decrease in water temperature, and when the water temperature is lower than 5 °C, the RO membrane will stop producing water.

 2. In areas with poor source water quality (TDS>200ppm), the quality of RO pure water may be reduced to more than 10μs/cm, and users with high water quality requirements suggest choosing UPR+UPHW combination scheme.
