Introduction
Ink friction and decolorization test machine is used for testing the abrasion resistance of printing ink layer of printed matter, the abrasion resistance of photosensitive layer of PS plate and the abrasion resistance of surface coating of related products. Effectively analyze problems such as poor abrasion resistance of printed matter, ink layer shedding, low printing resistance of PS plate and poor coating hardness of other products. According to the friction load of the international standard, the paper, cardboard, leather and other sample prints are rubbed back and forth at a specified speed to test the ink adhesion, and the ink is judged by measuring the decrease in density (or the decrease in coating thickness) before and after friction.
