Introduction

MODERNERal wet film preparation machine is professionally designed and made of stainless steel. The Modern Environment SZQ ISO Bird Wet Film Preparator is a stainless steel preparer that complies with ISO standards. The thickness of the wet film prepared is determined by the groove depth of the Wet Film Applicator. Different models have different groove depths, and the thickness of the wet film prepared is also different. The Wet Film Applicator has the advantages of corrosion resistance, durability and guaranteed authenticity.

How to operate

(1) Place the sample on the coating platform and secure it. It must not move when the paint preparer slides over it.

(2) According to the required wet film thickness, select an appropriate model of paint preparer and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

(3) Pour about 5ml of paint sample in front of the paint Applicator, hold both ends with your fingers, slide it at a constant speed of 150mm/s, and finally coat it into a wet film with the required thickness.

(4) After use, wash the paint Applicator with solvent and dry it. You can apply oil or petroleum jelly on the surface. (Note that the wet Film Applicator should be kept dry when not in use.)
