Introduction

The JW200CW film heat sealing Tester is used to test the heat sealing performance of packaging bags, and the heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure and other parameters of plastic film substrate, flexible packaging composite film, aluminum foil, coated paper and other heat sealing composite films are determined by hot pressing sealing method. JW200CWThe heat sealing Tester adopts PLC controller, Taiwan, CHINA Pingtong touch screen display control, menu-type interface, Huibang PID. temperature controller, solid-state relay and other brand good electrical devices. Downward cylinder synchronous circuit, manual and foot pedal two test start modes, independent temperature control of the upper and lower heat sealing heads, and the heat sealing head is made of brass, with good thermal conductivity. There is a protective cover on the outside of the heating head, which is designed to prevent scald safety. Double-layer thermal insulation design, the heat insulation board is made of special materials, with good thermal insulation effect, high temperature resistance, no peculiar smell, and insulation resistance, which can effectively ensure the convenience and safety of users.

JW200CWThe heat sealing Tester adopts the hot pressure sealing method, which places the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat sealing heads, and completes the sealing of the sample under the preset temperature, pressure, and time, and the instrument meets a variety of national and international standards: QB/T 2358, ASTM F2029, YBB 00122003.  

Operational use

The operation method of the heat sealer is as follows:

1. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air inlet on the right side of the instrument;

2. Connect the foot switch to the connection behind the instrument;

3. Connect the power cord socket to the power inlet behind the instrument;

4. Prepare experimental materials;

5. Adjust the pressure to a pressure value that can press the upper and lower heat sealing knives together with a pressure adjustment handle to the compressed air, usually 0.18MPa-0.3MPa;

6. Turn the power switch to ON;

7. Set the heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time of the heat sealing test sample.

8. Put the sample between the upper and lower heat sealing knives, press the clamping button or step on the foot switch, and the heat sealing knives will be automatically separated after reaching the set time. Remove the specimen. (Note: Do not put your hand inside the heating knife when performing this step.) ）
