Instrument Usage

YN-TDY02 microcomputer Bending Stiffness Tester is mainly used to measure the stiffness test of cardboard and the indentation force of small packaging boxes (that is, the rebound force of 90-degree creases), and can set the longitudinal and transverse direction, bending angle, test speed and bending angle of the sample according to the test requirements. It is mainly used to measure the stiffness of various types of paper, cardboard, film, plastic, metal sheet, fiber composite sheet and other products, and is suitable for the papermaking, packaging and printing industry and related scientific research institutions and quality inspection departments.

Operating Principle

How the flexural stiffness Tester works: Measure the force or moment required when the clamped specimen at one end is bent to a 15-degree angle.

How the crease stiffness meter works: By measuring the force or distance required for the clamped specimen at one end to bend to 90 degrees.

Technical characteristics

1. 7in touch screen with curve display, free switching between Chinese and English;
