CHINA ZY-KY Digital Display Carton Compression Tester

Introduction

It is a basic instrument for testing the compressive strength performance of corrugated cartons (i.e. packaging testing equipment). It is suitable for compressive strength tests, compliance tests and stacking strength tests of all types of corrugated cartons.

Features

1. After the test is completed, it has an automatic return function to automatically determine the crushing force and automatically save the test data.

2. Three settable speeds, full Chinese LCD display operation interface, and a variety of units to choose from.

3. Relevant data can be input and the compressive strength can be automatically converted. It has a built-in packaging stacking test function; the force and time can be directly set, and the machine will automatically stop after the test is completed.

4. Three Operating Modes:

Strength test: can measure the maximum pressure resistance of the box;

Fixed value test: The overall performance of the box can be tested according to the set pressure;

Stacking test: According to the requirements of national standards, stacking tests under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours can be carried out.

Software function

Using the Windows working platform, all parameter settings are handled in the form of dialog boxes, making the operation simple; 

Single screen operation is adopted, no need to switch screens; 

The software interface has three languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English, which is easy to switch;

You can customize the test table mode by yourself; test data can be called directly in the main screen; 

You can use translation, comparison and other methods to compare data of multiple curves at the same time; 

It has a variety of measurement units, switchable between metric and imperial systems; automatic return, automatic correction, customized test methods, test data calculation and analysis, and other functions.

Hardware performance characteristics

1. 32-bit embedded processing chip with fast instruction cycle;     

2. The strain measurement accuracy is >4 levels, that is, the resolution is >20,000 yards;

3．Software coefficients are used for file calibration (correction). Effectively correct the linearity of the sensor;

4. 4-fold frequency photoelectric encoder counts forward and reverse in both directions, with high resolution;

5. The display uses a large-screen monochrome LCD with 192×64 dot matrix, which can display more information;

6. 1 RS232 serial port, which can be connected to other devices;

7. 1-way printing parallel port, which can be connected to a micro printer or dot matrix printer;

8. 8 control buttons (5 function keys, 3 multiplex keys), easy to operate;

9. Display function: After the test, the maximum force during the test can be automatically displayed and memorized;

10. Save output: can record up to 20 test results.

11. Display the test curve in real time.
