UK RK KHC.20 Small Drawdown Plate Set, Standard OSP Applicator rod

The imprint bed is specially designed for coating experiments by RK in the UK, and it is composed of three layers of pads of different materials, which can effectively improve the uniformity and reproducibility of the coating film.The RK embossing table consists of a clip, a rigid polyester sheet and a layer of foam/rubber upholstery. Compared to proofing directly on a hard substrate, proofing on an RK imprint machine has better repeatability and proofing results. This is due to the fact that the soft foam/rubber liner can absorb the pressure applied by the operator to a certain extent, so as to make the proofing effect better.

This imprint bed set is equipped with an OSP coating rod imported from Japan as standard, made of wear-resistant stainless steel, with a Total length of 250mm, which can be scraped with a handle. It has 0~150 microns, dozens of different coating film thicknesses, and rod numbers are available. Extrusion process design.
