Overview
The Temperature Cycling Unit adopts the new international professional fluorine-free refrigeration system, and the main parts are directly imported, with stable and reliable performance. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, electronic instruments, physics, chemical and biological engineering, life sciences, light industry food, physical property testing and chemical analysis and other research departments, colleges and universities, enterprise quality inspection and production departments, to provide users with a cold and hot controlled, uniform and constant temperature liquid environment, characteristics: in the state of 200 degrees can directly start the compressor refrigeration (without damaging the compressor) Constant temperature tests or tests on test samples or produced products directly in the tank can be used for direct heating or refrigeration as a temperature source for auxiliary heating or refrigeration, such as temperature control for reactors, automatic synthesis instruments, extraction and condensation devices.
Features
Fully enclosed and environmentally friendly compressor refrigeration system, no CFC, features: the compressor refrigeration can be directly started at 200 degrees (without damaging the compressor).
Temperature Range:Optional -50~200°C (medium according to the temperature range: pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, methyl silicone).
Temperature control function:Embedded in the integrated next-generation PID automatic temperature control program, built-in high-precision PT100 temperature sensor class 1/3B. Equipped with a large high-brightness LCD screen, Chinese and English display, digital display resolution: 0.01°C, to ensure temperature stability.
Capacity Range:6L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, can also be designed and produced in accordance with the user's requirements.
Internal Circulation Function:The heatless centrifugal Circulating Chiller is used to avoid the traditional water pump affecting the temperature field of the tank due to its own heat production. The internal circulation system is designed based on the principle of porous U-shaped reflux circulation, which realizes the turbulent flow and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank.
The body shell is made of anti-aging electrostatic spraying technology, and the inner tank and table top are made of good S304 brushed stainless steel.
The finely crafted front panel and countertop, coupled with the unique humanized R-rounded corner design structure, can prevent operators from inadvertently being injured by edges and corners.
The water discharge system can meet the needs of various laboratories and enterprises for production and liquid exchange.

Optional functions

2. Built-in 1~30 temperature control program can be optional, which can automatically program temperature control and display the set temperature-time program operation status in real time.
3. RS232 or RS485 communication interface can be selected to easily connect to the host computer, with ModbusRTU communication protocol.
4. Optionally design and install a magnetic stirring system, which can directly stir the liquid samples in the beaker in the thermostatic bath workshop, without the need for an external vertical mixer, reducing redundant operations.
5. The built-in cooling coil of the tank can be optional, which can quickly cool down and control the exothermic reaction of the system.
6. Optional height-adjustable immersion loading platform can easily adjust the liquid level height of the immersion sample.
7. Horizontal shape can be selected, which has the characteristics of compact structure, lower center of gravity and strong stability.
