Introduction
PN-CT50KCF full box compression testing machine is a domestic (CN) cost-effective testing instrument designed by our company for compression and stacking testing of large corrugated cartons, honeycomb cartons and other packaging materials. Its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with GB/ T 4857.3, GB/T 4857.4 and ISO 12048 ISO 2234 stipulate that it is mainly used for the compressive strength test of various small and medium-sized corrugated cartons with a compressive strength less than 50kN or made of other materials, such as large corrugated cartons, large honeycomb cartons, general turnover Packaging boxes, sports equipment packaging boxes, refrigerator packaging boxes, air conditioner packaging boxes, washing machine packaging boxes, mechanical parts packaging boxes, motorcycle packaging boxes, bicycle packaging boxes, grain and oil packaging boxes, solar energy packaging boxes, etc.
Three Operating Modes:
1. Compression test: measure the compressive strength and deformation of the box. The testing machine applies an initial load to the sample and takes this as the starting point of deformation, and then continues to apply pressure on the sample until the sample is crushed. Automatically record pressure and deformation.
2. Fixed value test: The overall performance of the box can be tested according to the set pressure and deformation.
3. Stacking test: simulates the stacking state of the warehouse, and can conduct stacking tests under different conditions. The upper pressure plate of the testing machine moves downward to pressurize the sample to the pre-determined pressure. It stops, starts timing and calculates the deformation of the sample. Under the influence of the compression deformation of the specimen, the force value continues to decrease. When the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached, and the test is terminated. When the pressure of the specimen reaches the set shape, the test is automatically terminated.

10. Built-in thermal printer for easy printing of test reports;
11. Can be connected to computer software, and test data can be exported to EXCEL to facilitate data storage, analysis and management.
