Equipment introduction

The material undergoes complex movements in the kettle and is subjected to strong shearing and mixing. The mountain-shaped wall scraper in the equipment rotates around the axis of the kettle body to scrape out the raw materials stuck to the wall and bottom and mix them to make the effect more satisfactory. The equipment has good sealing performance, can be electrically heated (water cooled) and vacuumed, and has good exhaust and defoaming effects. The cylinder head of the dispersing machine can be lifted and lowered hydraulically, and the cylinder body can be moved freely, making the operation very convenient. The form of the disperser mixer can be multi-layer paddle type, frame type, butterfly type, impeller type, etc. according to the material requirements.

1. The mixer is a high-efficiency, multi-functional, mandatory mixer. It usually adopts the mode of lifting the frame, cylinder cover and mixing blades, while the material cylinder moves.

2. The mixer consists of three motors. The middle motor drives the "mountain"-shaped edge and bottom scraping mechanism through a reducer. The two high-speed motors on the side are directly connected to the high-speed dispersing plate. The high-speed motor is usually equipped with a frequency converter for speed regulation to meet the requirements. Process requirements for various products.

3. Mixers usually use thickened steel plates and special sealing structures to adapt to vacuuming and pressurization situations.

4. The mixer can usually be configured with multiple movable material cylinders, which are usually designed into a jacket structure to achieve heating or cooling.

1. The kettle body adopts a unique seal, so that the materials can be mixed and stirred under vacuum, and air bubbles can be completely eliminated. 

2. The kettle body can be heated by electric heating, steam heating and oil-water circulation heating. Cooling is achieved by jacketed coils. The frame-type mixer in the middle has a wall scraping shaft, which can scrape the wall while stirring. To achieve better mixing effect of materials. 

3. The inner wall of the kettle is finished with a large vertical lathe to ensure that the movable scraper completely scrapes off the material on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle when rotating.

4. The two sets of high-speed disperser shafts in the kettle cause various materials to undergo strong shearing, dispersion and mixing, and the effect is ordinary

5. The high-speed disperser in the kettle adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and different speeds can be selected according to different processes and different viscosities.
