Introduction to the device

The equipment has good sealing, can be electrically heated (water cooled) and vacuumed, and has a good exhaust defoaming effect. The cylinder head of the dispersing machine can be hydraulically lifted, and the cylinder block can be moved freely, which is very convenient to operate. The form of disperser agitator can be multi-layer paddle type, frame type, butterfly type, impeller type, etc. according to the material requirements.

2. The kettle body can be electrically heated, steam heated and oil-water circulating heating. The jacketed inner coil allows for cooling. The middle frame agitator has a scraping shaft, which can scrape the wall at the same time. Make the material achieve better mixing effect. 

3. The inner wall of the kettle is finished by a large vertical lathe, so as to ensure that the movable scraper completely scrapes off the material on the inner wall and the bottom of the kettle when rotating.

4. The dispersers of two groups of high-speed dispersion shafts in the kettle make all kinds of materials be sheared and dispersed and mixed by strong columns, and the effect is ordinary
