Principle

The stirring anchor running at low speed makes the material turn up and down, shear and mix in the airtight container, and the toothed dispersing disc running at high speed produces strong collision and shearing with the mixed material. While the agitator is revolving around the axis of the kettle body, It also rotates around its own axis at different speeds, so that the materials do complex movements in the kettle body, and are subjected to strong shearing and mixing. In addition, the scraper knife in the equipment rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the materials stuck on the wall Scrape off and participate in mixing to make the effect more satisfactory. The kettle body adopts a special sealing structure that can be vacuumed by a pressurizer, which has a good exhaust and defoaming effect. The jacket of the kettle body can be heated, cooled, and equipped according to user needs. The cylinder head is lifted by hydraulic pressure, and the cylinder body can move freely, which is very convenient to operate, and the stirring paddle and scraper can be completely separated from the cylinder body with the rise of the crossbeam for easy cleaning.
