Equipment introduction

High grinding efficiency and good product fineness

The equipment speed can reach 3000rpm, driven by the powerful arc impeller kinetic energy. The zirconia lever causes the grinding media in the cavity to move irregularly, causing high-speed collision and friction with each other, making the particle size of the powder quickly smaller; the separation plate adopts an integral Material CNC machining, no clogging, long life, reducing maintenance costs.

Easy to operate and clean

The equipment is equipped with an energy-saving frequency converter, which can directly control the start-up and speed adjustment of the equipment; manually pour the materials to be ground into the feed hopper. The equipment has a self-circulation function. The grinding process can be completed by turning on the machine. After the grinding is completed, the materials are discharged from the hopper. The discharge port at the bottom of the grinding cavity can be discharged. The cavity is lined with zirconia to reduce pollution; the cooling area and efficiency are increased to solve the problem of difficult heat dissipation; the self-circulating system eliminates the need for an additional transfer pump, reducing the difficulty of cleaning.
