Introduction to the device

The high-shear emulsifier for kettle can fix the emulsifier on various kettle tank-type containers, divided into atmospheric pressure, airtight, or vacuum type, and cooperate with other kettle equipment to realize the automatic production of the system.

Scope of application

[Application field]: It is suitable for the dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of product materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries. 

[Applicable materials]: solid and liquid, liquid and liquid mixed to form solution, colloid, suspension or emulsion can be used, such as juice, soup, dairy products, tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifiers, oilfield chemicals and other more than 1,000 kinds of materials.

Equipment features:

1. The working head is made of new two-way suction and stainless steel forgings.

2. There are two kinds of upper and lower positions, and three installation methods are adopted: vertical, offset and oblique.

3. In the pressure application condition, double-end mechanical seal and high-pressure oil seal are used to solve the sealing problem.
