Introduction to the device

Pneumatic/manual bracket lifting, batch high shear emulsifier is an emulsifier fixed on various containers, or installed on pneumatic/manual bracket lifting, convenient for movement and lifting of the main engine, can be made into a closed vacuum type, and cooperate with other kettle equipment to achieve automatic production of the system. The particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed by mechanical external force, so that one phase is evenly distributed into another phase or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refinement, homogenization and dispersion, so as to form a stable emulsion state. The working head is made of new two-way materials and stainless steel forgings. There are two kinds of upper and lower positions, and three installation methods are adopted: vertical, offset and oblique. In pressurized applications, double-acting mechanical seals with sealed self-lubricating systems are used.

Applicable process

It is used for simple operation in multiple open containers, or can be made into a closed vacuum type, which can independently complete the process of mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, crushing, homogenizing, and reacting on different containers, and can do cleaning work in the interval of each batch of material processing. The processing capacity of each batch is from 30 liters to 300 liters, which is suitable for pilot batch, material dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, crushing, polymerization, suspension, dissolution.
