Qiwei DXW-2500 Multi-tube Swimming Vortex Mixer

The multi-tube vortex mixer is a laboratory instrument that combines oscillation and vortex ingeniously. It is suitable for multi-sample vortex oscillation operation, making the experiment more convenient and faster. A variety of accessories are optional, and there are three built-in operating modes: inching, continuous, and timing, to meet the needs of vortex mixing for test tubes of different specifications.

Instrument window and key introduction

Speed(rpm): The speed window displays.

Time(min): time window display.

Short/mix: Jog the mixing key, keep pressing this key, the instrument can reach the highest speed. Release the key to stop running.

Start/Stop: Run or stop key.

: Speed or time up key.

: Speed or time down key.

Instrument operation

1. Plug in the power and turn on the machine.

2. Speed setting

speed(rpm): After starting up, the display speed window defaults to 2500 rpm, and the required speed can be set by the or key. (The speed increase or decrease value is 10 rpm)

3. Time setting

Time: After starting up, the display time window defaults to 10 minutes, and the required time can be set by the or key. (The time increase or decrease value starts from 1 minute)

4. After the instrument stops running, turn off the switch and cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
