Introduction to the device

Pipeline type high shear homogenizing emulsifier is a continuous production or circulation processing of fine materials, fast and efficient homogenizing emulsifier. The motor drives the rotor to run at high speed, and the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed through the method of mechanical external force, so that one phase is evenly distributed into another phase or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refinement, homogeneity, dispersion and emulsification, so as to form a stable emulsion state. The single-stage pipeline high-shear emulsifier can be equipped with a feeding pump in the front stage, which has certain applicability to medium and high viscosity materials. The equipment has low noise, stable operation, no dead ends, and 100% of the materials are dispersed and sheared. It has the function of short-distance and low-head conveying. 

Operating Principle

The three-stage pipeline high-shear emulsifier adopts a horizontal structure. Three sets of rotor stators are installed in the narrow working chamber, and the rotor stator can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer mechanism, and the rotor stator is dually coupled and highly coordinated. The intermediate shaft is driven by the motor to run at high speed, the stator forms a vacuum, the material is sucked into the rotor stator cavity from the inlet, and the strong kinetic energy makes the rotor produce a relatively high linear velocity, so that the material flies out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shear between the rotor and stator gaps, and under the action of a variety of different directional forces, a strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycles are possible.

[Applicable materials]: solid and liquid, liquid and liquid mixed to form a solution, colloid, suspension or emulsion can be used, such as juice, soup, dairy tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifiers, oilfield chemicals and other materials.
