Introduction

Pat homogenizers, also known as sterile homogenizers, can extract bacteria directly from solid samples. Simply add the original sample (the large one needs to be cut into about 10×10mm blocks) and the diluent into a sterile sample bag, and then put the sample bag into a tapping homogenizer, and the tapping hammer of the blade generates pressure, causes oscillation, and accelerates the mixing, so as to achieve a uniform distribution of microbial components in the solution, and the sample is processed. Effectively isolate homogeneous samples of microorganisms contained in and on the surface of solid samples, ensuring that all samples are mixed in a sterile bag. The homogenized sample can be used as a representative for subsequent analysis without the risk of sample variation and cross-contamination.
